Every office at Woodside Business Centre is Cat 5 cabled

Go 24 Hour Access
All tenants will be provided with their own keys to allow 24 hour access

Go Reception Services
Our receptionists are available at all times during normal business hours to provide courteous and efficient service to you and your visitors.

Go Telephone Answering
You will be given an exclusive telephone number, which will be answered in your company name.

Go Electricity & Gas
All electricity and gas bills are paid by Woodside Business Centres and included in your rent.

Go Building Repairs
Woodside Business Centres are responsible for all repair and maintenance costs for the building and are included in your rent.

Go Office Cleaning
All offices and common parts are cleaned on a daily basis and included in your rent.

Go Insurance
Building insurance is paid by Woodside Business Centres.

Go Licence Agreement
A plain English licence agreement is provided and does not require the hiring of a solicitor. Once this agreement is signed and deposit paid you can move straight in.

Go Owners On-Site
Woodside Business Centres is owned by David and Graham Campbell who work in the centre on a daily basis. Their door is always open so in the unlikely event of a problem, you can speak to the owners rather than a centre manager.
